John's expertise includes Strength & Conditioning, Endurance, Balance, Hypertrophy, Weight Management, and Post-Physical Therapy Recovery.

Personal Training (In-Person)

Hands-on coaching in the Greater Los Angeles area. Each session blends mobility, strength, endurance, and recovery work to help you move, feel, and perform better. Perfect if you want to rebuild after injury, improve posture and balance, or build lasting strength.

Online Coaching

Your custom program, your schedule, your results. Online coaching keeps you accountable through weekly progress tracking, habit support, and direct feedback from John.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is the fuel behind your fitness. Learn how to make smarter food choices, manage your weight, and sustain energy throughout the day. You’ll gain clarity and control over your eating without rigid rules.

Program Design & Hybrid Coaching

Combine independence with expert oversight. John creates your program based on your goals, available equipment, and schedule, then checks in regularly to ensure you’re progressing safely and effectively.

Online Yoga (Coming Soon)

An energizing blend of movement, mindfulness, and mobility designed to complement your training and recovery.

Meet Your Coach

John Conroy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and graduate student in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology.


With expertise in Strength & Conditioning, Endurance, Balance, Hypertrophy, Weight Management, and Post-Physical Therapy Recovery, John designs personalized fitness programs tailored to your unique goals and needs. He especially enjoys helping if you're new to fitness (or getting back into it), navigating life transitions into middle or older age, or rebuilding after injury, surgery, or illness.


John’s approach blends deep technical knowledge with real-world empathy. He believes progress happens through consistency, balance, and mindset, not extremes. His coaching philosophy centers on helping you develop self-efficacy and rediscover what it feels like to be strong, capable, and in control.

John's ultimate goal is not just to improve your physical fitness, but to create a foundation for lasting vitality and help you become the strongest version of yourself.
